BE YOU OUT LOUD
My beautiful souls,
At first, I was going to apologize for the delay in sending this out—it's the middle of March, and here I am, just now delivering the first newsletter of 2025. But you know what? I’m human. I’ve been going through it. I procrastinate. Just like all of you. But I trust that what’s flowing through me right now is landing in your inbox at the right, divine time.
There are moments in life that snap everything into perspective—the moments that make you realize all the little sh*t you’ve been stressing over doesn’t really matter. Whether it’s losing a beloved pet, hearing of a loved one’s cancer diagnosis, reading about a tragic plane crash, or the constant uncertainty in the headlines — these moments always bring me back to gratitude. Gratitude for all that I do have in this beautiful life.
This past year, I had just lost myself—in my relationship, my career, unrealistic expectations, and the rollercoaster of my emotions. I hit a point where I couldn’t hear, feel, trust, or even recognize myself. The holidays only amplified it—old triggers, forced smiles, and the crushing pressure to have it all together.
One of my biggest struggles has been with social media. It’s easy to blame the platforms for being addictive, but I also had to get real with myself. So much of what I was battling was internal—fear of judgment, trying to fit into a box, and ultimately letting that fear silence my voice. It kept me from sharing my message, my truth, and stepping into my purpose.
The introspection was necessary, but I realized how much I craved connection and how important it is to share my voice—to remind us all we’re not alone on this messy, beautiful human journey.
But hitting that low reminded me of something important: it’s all bullsh*t until it’s tested in the fire.
You can read all the self-help books, drink all the green juices, and do all the yoga. But the real work? It shows up in the moments that test you. When you're triggered, when things get hard, when your old patterns creep back in.
So this year, I’m not striving for perfection—I’m showing up as I am. Doing the work, going to therapy, eating McDonald's some days, and still having unnecessary arguments with my mom that I could have avoided by just holding my tongue. Having breakthroughs and breakdowns. Feeling insecure AF about my body while still celebrating myself as I am.
It’s never going to be perfect.
It never has to be.
I have a tattoo that reads Antevasin in Sanskrit which means "one who lives on the border." Between the known and unknown. Between growth and comfort. Between the spiritual and the world. Between who I was and who I’m becoming. The in-between is where the magic happens.
Let this year be about embracing the in-between. Holding space for yourself, as you are, in this very moment. Letting go when you need to. Letting flow what’s meant to flow.
Keep coming back to yourself, until you’re you again.
As imperfectly perfect as you are.
Be you out loud.
BODY
Move With Love
At the start of a new year especially, the pressure to change our bodies feels heavier than ever—I know I’ve felt it. And honestly? I’m so over it. For 2025, I offer you this: before rushing to the gym, look in the mirror and love on yourself. Eat to nourish. Move to feel good. Because real, lasting change only happens from a place of love. Every time I step on my yoga mat, I’m reminded how blessed I am just to move. It’s something we can oftentimes take for granted, until we can’t.
If you need a place to start, I recorded a feel-good flow—one I did when I felt my worst. I hadn’t done yoga in forever, I felt insecure AF, but I showed up anyway. Let’s make 2025 the year we move with love.

How To Find True Love
I’m super excited to share that my friend Francesca Hogi—matchmaker, dating expert, and all-around powerhouse—has a new book out!
Franny has been such an inspiration to me. Watching her forge her own path showed me that the life I dreamed of was possible—because she created the life she dreamed of. Now, she’s sharing her wisdom on national talk shows, the TED stage, and beyond.
In How to Find True Love, Franny keeps it real about why modern dating is such a mess—apps that don’t connect us, outdated fairytales, and a loneliness epidemic. She breaks it all down—shifting your mindset, healing your heart, and dating in a way that actually aligns with love (not burnout). If you’re tired of swiping and ready for something real, this book is for you. Pre-order below!

Reflections From Bali
When I arrived in Bali in January, I was reminded of how real energy and frequency are. No matter where we are though, our frequency is ours to keep. The life we crave isn’t somewhere else—it’s already within us. The more we honor it, the more life shifts to match it. You don’t have to wait for the right place, season, or version of yourself. The alignment you’re looking for starts with you.
What will bring you back to you today?
Will you put pen to paper and let your thoughts flow? Call a friend who truly sees you? Nourish your body with something that fuels you? Move with intention—stretch, dance, run, or simply breathe?
Pause for a moment. Tune in. Ask yourself: What do I need right now? Then honor the answer. Tap into your frequency.

New Playlist Alert: Rebirth
I recently created the Rebirth playlist while in the frequency of the jungles in Ubud, Bali. Now that I’m back in the "real world," it’s been keeping me grounded through the tides of external noise—life, society, the media, all of it. It’s a mix of songs that bring me back to center, remind me to breathe, and help me stay in my own frequency no matter what’s happening out there. You can find Rebirth, along with my other fan-favorite playlists, on Spotify. Click below to tune in.
Beautiful soul, let this be your reminder. Take a deep breath whenever you need. Move your body. Nourish your mind. The more you tune into your own frequency, the less you’ll need to escape into someone else’s. Because at the end of the day, this is your life. Create a life you don’t need a vacation from.
With love, always,
Savanna
