Yoga saved my life and was the gateway to my healing journey. I truly believe that, no matter what your path or vibe is, healing is possible—on and off the yoga mat. I've taken my own advice and decided to just start! You can access complimentary yoga, meditation, and breath-work classes on my YouTube channel. While the audio and production may not be perfect, and I may not be a fan of how my voice sounds, everyone has to start somewhere, right? Anticipate regular additions of new, higher-quality videos to the library. Consider this your sign, whether it's the commencement of a yoga practice, exploring a new business idea, or adopting a fresh healthy habit—just start!

Your health isn’t just about what you eat. It extends to all aspects of what you consume: what you listen to, what you read, and the environment you immerse yourself in. Here's a glimpse into what I'm currently indulging in:

  • Wild Wild Wellness: Join me on the Wild Wild Wellness podcast where we talk about all things self love, developing a movement practice you love, and creating a life you don’t need a vacation from. 

  • Atomic Habits: My cousin and I decided to start a mini book club to hold ourselves accountable and actually read. Our inaugural selection was "Atomic Habits," was definitely worth the hype. It really helped me strengthen the good habits I've started, and more importantly, break the bad ones I had around drinking and social media.

  • The AI Blueprint For Transforming Your Life: This article is a great read and gives insight from a Microsoft data scientist on how AI works, and how we can apply AI systems and models to our own lives.
